Season of the Mermaid

Tis the season of the Mermaid.
The element of water on the turning wheel of the seasons.

Water in all forms begins it's  annual return to the great seas. The wind gathers and coaxes the cloud brothers to gather the stray drops in increasing volumes preparing for the wild sky theater arriving in October and November.

Beneath the sea is the Kingdom of the Merfolks, for my dear there are not only mermaids but mermen, women, grandmothers, grandfathers and even mer-uncles who tell jokes and attend oyster shell events with glee.

Mermaids bring hope and blessings of freedom. Teaching us how to be more fluid and adapt to our environment to make to truly ours. Finding treasures in unexpected places. Remembering if we truly want to achieve a goal it happens drop by drop or in people speak " step by step" till we reach our chosen goal.

They teach us to sing out our troubles  and release them to the Sea. Those troubles that seem so overwhelming and impossible when caught by the wind. Carried over the waves and down into the endless depths of water become diluted broken down into tiny bits carried out far and wide to  listening ears and hearts  of the Mermaid clans who pray and connect with the song of life.

New notes in the song return to your heart  in  unexpected blessings and hope.

All elements, each particle no matter how small are connected in the song of life.
Each takes a season in our ride around the sun. Every single tiny speck has a reason and job to perform in the never ending song of life.

Spring brings us the element of air
And the winged ones Faerie, butterfly, bird, insect and us

Summer offers Fire. Season of the Dragons, Phoenix Birds and Salamanders

Autumn offers Water and our current season of the Mermaids and all who dwell around and near the water.

Winter brings us Earth. The Gnomes, elves, trolls and all who walk crawl or slither.

Take some time soon to visit the sea and say Hello you never know who might be listening.
Blessings from the sea

How do I connect to my spirit guides?

Many people long for communication and guidance  with their spirit guides and teachers, loved ones from the other side or the Fae ( Faeries, mythical beings, Ect). My path to  receiving this gift was full of many trails and much advice which distilled down to some very simple steps.

Trust your own feelings, test the hell out of them.. But trust for you are the only one who can know what goes on in your own heart.

Spend time everyday unplugged and alone. Start with a few minutes and build up to longer times. You are your own best friend and constant companion.

Spend time in nature daily.

Take long baths or showers and dream or imagine what you would talk about with your spiritual advisers.

Read read read books, stories, faerie tales, spiritual books and grand glorious novels

Write with a pen or pencil on real paper every day. Start by coping phrases or quotes than inspire or uplift you. Then you can see where the writing takes you.

Use your imagination for this is the key to communicate with those in the unseen world say prayers of thanks out loud to whom ever you pray to. This is especially effective when spending time in nature, gardening, at the beach or lake and while driving. Make one of those prayers thank you for helping me to walk in beauty and grace.

Listen with your 3rd mind as you create a daily practice. Your 3rd mind is the part of your mind that is the observer and the witness of your awake and sleeping life, the recorder of dreams, hunches, inspiring actions, boldface lies and untruths. It is the part of you that puzzles out problems and helps you understand.

Love all of you both the light and the dark, for every aspect of you is important and worthy of understanding and observation and celebrating as they are uniquely you!

Be patient

Build little altars everywhere and change them when inspired.  Simply or complicated from a feather and a rock to a faerie garden. Do what will inspire and uplift your heart. Then change when it is no longer making your heart go flitter flop.

Love, trust and a little bit of faerie dust.. Peg

Summer of Dragons

The last few nights as dusk fell I had given up my plan to gaze at the ripening  July moon. Cloudy days followed by even thicker cloudy evenings had been the norm the previous week. Tonight was the full moon, I had taken the time to meditate and journey  in the summer house on this full moon night and imagine seeing Grandmother Moon in her full glory on a clear star filled sky.
I found images of flying dragons slipping in my journey, gliding by outlined by moon light then completely blocking out the light leaving only the gleam of fire in their eyes before seeing the moon appear again.

I finished my ritual, glanced at the darkening sky and was rewarded to see a bit if blue and gold as sunset began.  Maybe just maybe I would be able to see the moon tonight.
Returning to the house, my potted garden plants cried for watering, cats required cuddling and days end chores began.

The dusk gathered thickly and so did our clouds, perhaps tomorrow  I thought.
Time for bed and I did not give the moon another thought until I started to close the curtains before turning on the lamp beside my bed. I looked out the windows into the night sky between the cedars to see if there was even a glow in the cloud cover.

To my amazement the clouds had formed a very distinct dragon profile with an eye shape and a a half circle of the moon formed the eyeball. There was also a rainbow at the top of the dragon head.

I closed my eyes , rubbed them, looked again. It was still there. I walked into the next room and looked out that window in case I was seeing a smudged spot in the window glass. No same view...so I brought in the big guy to check it out. He saw the dragon eye as well. Yippee I was delighted. Went back to the first window to see the clouds slowly cover her beautiful light as if to say good night.
Moonlight and dragons forever in my  Summer full moon memories.

My life as a Shaman

Started out as a usual Tuesday  morning but adding rushing to get out the door for a Dr Appointment.
Weather is cloudy and cool which invokes my third mind thinking. Deep thoughts and puzzle pieces of experience suddenly clicking together in patterns of understanding.
Thinking back over many years of my work as a hairdresser and realizing how many secrets and confessions, pain, happiness, loss and life have been presented to me. I saw a vessel filling and filling but instead of overflow the vessel expanded and files were moved more locking cabinets were installed and more drawers filled.
I was that vessel and I held those emotions, dreams, fears joys, hate and more tightly packed away for ??safekeeping”??
Then walking into the Dr’s office to check in I felt my blood pressure kick up and could feel my pulse accelerate just entering the room. I checked in sat down to wait and not only could feel the panic and jitteriness’ of the energy in the room but hear prayers and complaints swirling around the waiting room. It struck me then that this room was also a vessel of sorts holding the energy and emotions of all who had passed here and often deposited so going into the Dr Office a brave face could be presented when escorted into the inner offices.
The room was nearly over whelming with unseen energy. So I sat closed my eyes imagined large roots coming straight from my spine and feet. Said a prayer asked for angelic reinforcements and became a portal to release the no longer needed energies, and while  in this quiet place I also let go of  those many, many years of those carefully stored secrets I have been carrying around.
It was amazing I could feel when all was cleared and the air took on the smell of roses. I closed the portal withdrew the roots and just when the last bit was gone the door opened and the room filled with patients and my name was called for my appointment.
I stand in gratitude and blessings to all my spiritual guides and teachers throughout the last 40 or more years.
For having the courage to accept the role as Shaman and knowing how and why to be  able to  not only release energy but fill the space with love and light and rainbows of color. Right now this moment I feel lighter than air.

Why do we create stone elixirs?

Why we create gemstone elixirs in the Misty Valley

Energy is present in all matter. From dirt to diamonds each particle of matter can be show to have and energy signature. That energy is filled with microscopic memories and qualities of each cycle or incarnation of life and time it has experienced. Like the saying from Heraclitus “No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.”

The stone people in our world bring much to the betterment of our lives. Each rock, crystal, stone and piece of mineral laden material we call rock has unique memories, wisdom and stories of history often waiting to be discovered by  the geologist to the small child spying a shiny rock on our daily walk.
Our stone brothers provide beauty, wonder and awe in all of us and for many of us have a special place in our heart.Earth air fire and water are the basic 4 elements are present in all stone families. Thousands of years of formation in all weather and earth events in very different part of the globe have created millions of species and combinations that we use and know today.
From as long as we began to record history the stone family has been a part of human history.
They offer us healing and are used in pharmaceuticals, heat, light, communication (crystals in radio and watches,) protection, beauty and peace (that small rock in your pocket that you rub when feeling stressed)
They hold history, spark our imaginations, invite adventure, spark creative juices, show wealth and power,
They are used in ceremony, used in body decoration, ground into power for all manners of paint, (you can still see how they glow in the old masters work at many museums.)
They spark memories of other times and other places including space and the stars moon and universe. They offer us proof of time and hold the bones of people and creatures who walked this earth in the beginning.
They feed our spirits, provide quiet joy (nothing like skipping rocks on a pond or filling your pockets at the beach.)
They honor or final resting place. They bless us with beauty they whisper stories of day s gone by and heal our weary spirits
When you gather stones together  and study what healing they offer by studying their meanings and uses passed down through both oral and written history, you can begin to see, hear and feel the properties offered by each kind of mineral and rock.
We use stones to create healing altars to carry our prayers and messages to those who need addition help in life and are in need of understanding and reassurance that we are not alone but have allies to help us walk step by step through everyday challenges.

When we create our elixirs we are infusing the energies and history each stone or crystal offers in small batches. They are created in specific conditions at specific sun and moon cycles to receive the qualities needed for healing and uplifting our emotional and spiritual bodies.
They are created to be used in your own spiritual practice safe to take orally, in baths in drinks or in sprays to clean clear and uplift the energies that surround you, they may be used instead of smudge smoke to energetically clean and clear a room, car or office space.
They are created to be used in your own spiritual practice. Created to be safely taken orally, in refreshing baths, or in sprays to clean clear and uplift the energies that surround you from everyday life.
We also incorporate the elixirs in fragrant sprays so they may be used instead of smudge smoke to energetically clean and clear while invigorating a room, car or office space.

When you fill a glass with water and you drink that water you are receiving the experience of cellular memories of where ever that water has traveled to reach you at the time you drink it. As you drink it the water and all it holds blesses and refreshes your own spirit as well as your body with renewed vigor.

Our elixirs are created with fresh spring waters to bring you the same energetic signatures and properties from each stone we are directed to create as each season dictates..
Long hours of sunshine and specific moon times play a role in each elixirs creation.

We create single notes ( one stone) or combinations of stones to infuse several qualities into one mix.  Each elixir is created at the Misty Valley, my home and sanctuary.
Misty Valley is blessed and dedicated to healing, happiness and beauty indeed my sacred place where I have been a caretaker for the past 38 years.
I am often met with cynical  faces asking "really do these work?" My answer is Yes! delightfully, peacefully and without a doubt.
I have witnessed an entire room of people be uplifted and cheerful after passing out samples of Larimar. I watched a roomful of people get absolutely giddy in the process of bottling elixirs.
I have witnessed deep sadness gently lifted and connection with spirit deepened. I have worked with elixirs for over 20 years and have studies with several master healers to learn and perfect our process.
I was recently asked to create a sexy blend to enhance love and connection. I studied and created 3 blends in small batches noting how lively they were in creation.
First bottle sold and was repurchased within weeks from the delightful husband’s enthusiastic response.

We create to enhance and bless your spiritual journey with the stone family wisdom we create at Misty Valley.  You can find our elixirs on line at our etsy shop  https://www.etsy.com/shop/wildhairstudio. for updates or to be part of our community www.themistyvalley.com

Complete

March 1,2016
The singing crystal heart altar was dissembles this morning. 14 candles were burned in a variety of shapes  pillar, votive ,large and tiny tapers each helped to warm and spread the light each morning and night of the last 15 days.
216 names were nestled inside the heart shape created by small Quartz Crystal called the singing quartz for the beautiful sound they create when tapped together.

The flowers were so gracious as to uphold their beauty until today lasting the entire 15 days.

On this damp grey morning  I  bless and release the prayers of this special  altar sending out sparkling love and peace to Mother Earth.

Sessions with Emerald Heart

I am a keeper of stories a seer of patterns and connections of life and all that ribbons forth between worlds. I am a shaman of the Fae and tell their stories of connection and help people understand the sacred oneness of everyday life. I walk between the worlds and have been tagged as a messenger as well as bringer of the light into the dark parts of your soul.

There is such every day magic right before our eyes.. It only needs our attention and praise for the enrichment of our hearts and souls each day.

Most faerie sightings occur in the quiet of early morning as well as the last moment before the sun has set and the magical twilight of the night has begun.  It is a special time between the worlds, when day and night mix and mingle but is not completely one thing or the other but a thinning of the barrier between worlds. It is those times that we often see the twinkle or catch the wing shimmers or flutters of the Fae.

And they assure me that they love and enjoy the encounters as much as we do.
The Findhorn Garden is another great source and where I first began learning about the plant devas and connections of a healthy garden to a healthy life.

In my 38 years of working in this field I have 2 Fae who channel directly to me.
Emerald Heart Fae is my main guide and friend.

The following is a message I received from her when someone asked me what the third kingdom was.

In my understanding the First Kingdom is God/Goddess and where our spirit dwells when not in active service here

The second Kingdom is our lives here and now including all the animals, birds, sea creatures and insects.

The third kingdom refers to the unseen worlds of the Devi's (spirits who help each plant) the Fae (the entire grouping of the faerie races), Angels, star beings and other energies and all beings that have the honor of taking care of the earth and all of her inhabitants.

As well it includes the mostly invisible energies that form the golden and silver energy netting from which all life flows. This kingdom shares the same importance as the first  which is the kingdom of God and heaven and second kingdom is human and  all who walk, fly, swim and glide on and through the earth.

We are giving you this definable way to understand and open your eyes and heart to the fairies. There is much healing of this world that will take place when there is more of a human / Fae connection. There is much love from the Fae that has been held awaiting the day when the bridge has been built again between us and we may travel freely between the worlds.

One of the most important factors in beginning to build this bridge is the loving and honoring of one’s own spirit. For without honoring and understanding how each and every spirit belongs in the great song of all life.   We are unable to connect, in days past and we mean hundreds of years in your time. The human race was struggling to understand and evolve. Some were able to see us and many lessons were exchanged and tales told around the fire light were lessons of education to those who only had the barest of understanding of words or recorded history.. There was many misunderstandings and there came a time for us to withdraw from the human race as you evolved. As with all life there is a cycle and a season as you would say for change and we are now preparing to come together with you as is foretold in the shifts and energy changes that have taken place in this last 10 years..

When we value ourselves we open our hearts and spirit to feel the oneness of relationship with all.  As these changes take place we build our bridge of connection and help to bring the world into a new time.

The Singing Crystal Heart

Tonight in my conversations with the Faerie Emerald from I Misty Valley I received the following download.

Sunday February 14  celebration night of the  faerie heart. I have been tasked with a mission of deep and unending love
I have been informed that the chocolate industry, diamond retailers or Hallmark did not invent this celebration of our heart  but merely tapped into a secret practice where the Fae were busy  spreading loving blessings on those who unselfishly taking care of Mother Earth and her inhabitants  as a matter of fact and with out thoughts of reward or recognition.

Since ancient times there has always been a gathering of Faeries on this this night, a night of spreading love and uplifting anyone and everyone's heart with love from the Great Mother.

It is the night to take a few moments and tune in deeply to the divine feminine source of life.
There is an unending supply of this love and as you open to receive it  we ask that you also open all of your chakra points for it to flow out of and into the world from you.

For as you do this not only are you cleansed and uplifted but it increases the love energy in our personal world.. And as well blesses and changes the negative into the positive.

I have been asked to create this love altar and keep it in place till February's last day
And as well  request that any who desire send me a message or respond on this post to place names of  yourself and loved ones in the crystal heart.

This is for extra love  blessings from the Fae in deep thanks and gratitude for our honoring and caring for the earth and all our relations at this special time in the winter season. This special energy is was is called forth to stir, shake and spark the new life coming forth  this spring.

So if you desire Please send me your name and names of those you love and care about to place inside the crystal heart. If you feel shy send me a message.

Let's fill that heart and spread some more of those lovely sparkles out into the world. Love love love you❤️peg faerie crowmother❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💝

Autumn Equinox 2015

The need to pause, reflect and give thanks has always been important to me. Taking time each quarter of the year for ritual or ceremony has been a major part of my life for many years. Time seems to whirl by and  my mind chatter often repeats not enough not enough you need to .........  and the list is endless not only from my own life but what the over culture seems to add we must do.

I have always been an observer of nature and love to watch the wheel of the year turn and see the changes each season brings. They follow unseen  signals and signs and provide such different beauty with each season.

I find it not only comforting to pause and celebrate at  the beginning of each season but also take the time to plan, give thanks and bring all of my scattered parts back together to move forward. What needs mending, what need renewal, what needs putting away.

Inviting the Fae into your life and Home

As you may or may not know I am a natural clairvoyant, healer and shaman. I have been studying and working in the  metaphysical world for over 35 years. I recently opened my practice to the public and combined with my art work as well as many other faceted of my life have stepped out into the world to  spend the years I have remaining making the world a little better than I found it. I have a private online Faerie group where we explore and share encounters and ideas as well as celebrate in ceremony the four seasons and equinox ans solstice points of each calendar year.

Here is a question I received recently,

I may have asked this before but are faeries really afraid of iron?? I'm making a inside faery garden and the room I may have to keep it in has iron things in it! Stuff of my husband's like weights and things so I can't get rid of it lol 😑

The question has been raised several times about the Fae and iron. In my experience there are no issues. Think about it for a moment iron is an element of the earth and the gnomes and elves who work with metals, stones and minerals encounter it and create with it.
According to many old Faeires tales faeries stayed away from iron as it was toxic to them. Some of this knowledge or information started during the Iron Age as the earth was rapidly changing in ways we hunted and built things. Much of nature was destroyed and cleared out to make way for “progress”. The small tribes of people who relied on stone and wood to hunt and protect them were suddenly wiped out as the tools were no match for the new metals. There became a great fear of iron as it ended life quickly and suddenly.
Faeries are in partnership with nature and green and growing things and have watched many many places wiped out and modernized or simply destroyed for greed or human foolishness.
The Fae went into seclusion and left their legacy mostly to stories and tales shred around the fire late at night. But some people began to take notice and see how all is connected and our natural world   needs us to actively protect and admire as well as been a part of it.  The shifts in energy and recent ( and I mean in the last 40 years) have brought about a coming together of humans and the Fae working together in a partnership to balance out this world..
So to answer your question your husband’s weight lifting equipment will not prevent your connection or honoring place for the Faeries. Your intent and desired to connect and be a part of the Faerie connection is the most important part of your setting up a Faerie Altar.
And like many of us certain things are not healthy for us and cause allergic reactions. You may encounter some Fae who feel that way about iron. But they know and understand such matters and will stay away from them. Think of it as if you were allergic to eating apples but you loved seeing orchards of apple trees. You could still go and admire smell and enjoy the orchard but you knew not to eat the apple.
Stop worrying about rules and am I doing this the right way. Open your heart and mind and simply believe in the Fae and the doorways will open. Give thanks for the tiny miracles we are shown each and every day , sunrise a child’s laughter, flowers in bloom, dandelion seed heads… and clean up trash, respect Mother Earth as bit by bit you make the world a better place

Peg's #The HundredDayProject

Some of you may have noticed my plethora  of pencil drawings in the past few months. This has been a very delightful blooming for me as well as a great exercise in letting go and moving forward instead of dithering in that lost place of perfection and the shame of not good enough. I began this project with a cataclysmic upheaval in our home and 6 months so far of indoor camping. But that my dears is another story.

In the beginning I started this late in the evening as a way to bring order and calmness to my mind and let my creative urges out each day. I must create or complete things daily or I find myself  in a jumble and cranky. Not the way I like to be in the world. I have so many ideas and thoughts that bang about in my cranium begging for release and they will not let me be until I at least begin to bring them from my daydreams into life in what ever form they happen to take. I am sure many of you can relate. I set up rules in the beginning to do a Faerie tale related pencil sketch not a finished piece but a jumping off point for later creations. and I gave myself 30 minutes. No dilly dallying about not over working and NO CHICKENING OUT! what I drew is what goes out to be posted on Instagram.

An old dear friend who I haven't seen in many years popped up on Facebook not long ago and we have been reconnecting. She is one of those wonderful &  rare people you have in your life that it seems no time has passed since you last connected. She inquired about the drawings and here is my answer to her which prompted this post

I happened upon the 100 day project idea in April. I always loved drawing. Been seeing Faeries since I can remember and started sketching them. Took oil painting and water color classes love them enter a few shows and got totally squashed. Didn't understand it doesn't matter if one or two judged don't accept your work.
In despair and shame I Put things away for me but taught my kids and others the joy of creating art.

I moved into many other kinds of art and kept buying paper and pencils stashing them away and they giving them to different artists struggling with how to expressing their own voice. Took a metal smithing class on using colored pencils on copper and felt like I came home.

The 100 day project was to commit to doing art everyday for 100 days then post it on Instagram using the hashtags #TheHUNDREDDAYPROJECT my title #30minutefaerietalesketches. and my instagram name #wildhairqueen
So I started, I do one each night before going to bed I have filled 5 notebooks so far and learned so much about pencils and my self. You can see all of them on Instagram and follow me as wildhairqueen. Ps call me anything you like

Unexpected lessons

A little  Mother’s Day tribute to unexpected lessons in mothering.
I don’t like mother’s day my life was not hallmark approved no matter how hard I tried to make it so.
So at a young age I picked myself up learned a trade and left to discover the world. It has been quite a ride and along my way I have encountered some wonderful women who taught me many many things.

I awoke this morning with three who are embedded deeply in my heart and gave me unconditional friendship and encouragement as well as laughing till you wet your pants fun. I met them all because of art .We connected in painting classes and became an odd foursome with super powers meeting each Tuesday for about 10 years
They were all in their 70’s and I in my late 30’s.

Alice began her artful pursuits a 60 after her husband’s death including learning to drive, becoming a metalsmith and lapidary as well as creating from ground zero 200 porcelain dolls in every conceivable form.

Tony not only raised her own 5 kids but fostered many others while creating thousands of miniature figurines to sell each week at the local swap meet so she could continue to help neighbor kids in need.

Ruthie was such a gentle soul with a wicked sense of humor. She held a full time job for 40 years and quietly helped bolster everyone around her encouraging helping and loving unconditionally everyone she encountered. All of these women were pioneers and took on tasked “women weren’t welcome”.
One played poker in downtown Seattle card rooms and made enough money each week to feed her family during the great depression. One helped dear Japanese secret friends during World War 2 and traveled to Puyallup internment camps to bring much needed unavailable supplies that could be smuggled thru the fence.
They were adventures and willing to go on Peg adventures when I was possessed by one of my “Wild hairs”. We once drove to Canada on a day trip to check out a bead store & handmade paper store. Left early morning car supplied with thermoses of hot coffee and fresh muffins spending the next 10 hours having fascinating  conversations and learning about the amazing lives of these 3 women. As well a flash and dash of artful shopping.
They became family and patrons of my art. They pitched in to help me buy a kiln which was entirely out of my budget at the time. One even gave me her enameling kiln when she was preparing to pass on. We learned to fuse glass, create with seed beads, and create in precious metals, watercolor, torch enamel and more. They encouraged me on days I could not get past my lack of self worth. Then cheered me on gave advice in ways that helped me grow, they laughed about sex and how important is it to be yourself at all costs.
I mourned each of their deaths and yet knew they are always in my heart and part of my soul. But today I thank them for added the mothering I so needed as well as the lovely glow of friendship and love of creative work between friends.

December's Full Moon & a Fragrant Recipe

I always like to experience something new on the Full moon each month and as this is the final moon for the year 2014 and winter is soon upon us bringing different changes and challeneges to our daily life I thought I would offer up this excellent scentful recipe.

According to my research there were 4 or 5 (depending on the source info on the net )Thieves who decided they would help themselves to other peoples belongings at the height of the "plague" This group of essential oils was mixed then diluted in  a base oil for them to apply to their bodies and it prevented them from catching the big bad plague germs.

There was also an added bonus to this mixture it smells divine. I found the recipe at Mountain Rose"s blog. In case you are not aware they have a amazing collection of herbs, spices essential oils and more in a wonderful online store and you can purchase the EO's to create your own 4 Thieves oil blend to help clean , heal and brighten up your home.

Applications

This essential oil blend is very strong and must be diluted!  The essential oil content should only account for 1 to 2% of the total formula. This means that up to 6-12 drops of essential oil can be added per 1 oz of carrier oil or other menstruum.  For more information about diluting essential oils, please refer to our Dilutions & Conversions Guide
There are many ways that you can use the blend, here are some of the most common applications:
– To sanitize and purify the air in your home or workplace, place 2-3 drops of the essential oil blend in a diffuser, nebulizer, or in a pot of simmering water on the stove.  Diffuse for approximately 20-30 minutes.  This is especially beneficial if someone in your home or workplace is sick.
– Make an antibacterial all-purpose spray for cleaning and disinfecting your home or workplace.  This is perfect for office spaces and shared areas! Fill a spray bottle with water and add the essential oil blend at a 1-2 % dilution rate.  Spray on counter tops, desks, and on other surfaces.  Make sure to shake before using as the oil and water will naturally separate.
– Use a 1-2% dilution rate of the essential oil blend in a base of water or alcohol, and spray onto insect bites, poison oak, and poison ivy rashes to help reduce inflammation, itching, and irritation.
– Mix the essential oil blend at a 1-2% dilution rate with organic Jojoba or Olive oil.  Use as a massage oil for sore muscles, the lower back, neck, and feet.  It can also be dabbed on skin throughout the day for general cold and flu prevention and immune support.
– When congested, mix a 1-2% dilution rate of the essential oil blend with organic Jojoba or Olive oil, and rub under the nose or on the chest. Or, place 1-2 drops in a bowl of hot, steaming water and inhale the vapors under a towel to relieve congestion.
